The most unethical car dealership i have ever dealt with. Purchased an auto Aug. 2. They cashed my Hold check without notifying me, causing a $22,000 deficit in my checking acct. Terrible service. Made an early morning appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived they told me it would take an hour. Then they said an extra 30 minutes. They let me get all checked out and stand outside waiting for my car that was supposed to be on its way. After standing there for 20 minutes they finally told me they were wrong and my car wasnt done. I started randomly getting texts telling me my shuttle was arriving, which I didn't ask for. They told me it was nothing and to ignore it. If I would have known my service would take over 2 hours I could have planned to get a ride but they just kept adding to my original time so I always thought I was almost done. I will never go back.
