Came in for a recall appt. I was greeted by Jamaul. He was so professional and kind, keeping me up to date on progress and follow up. Bought a Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid and have had to take it in twice. The first time they had the vehicle for a day and called to inform us that repair would be done remotely. Had we been able to discuss with a service department we would have a avoided schlepping the car in and doing without. These people are not competant. More
