Second Elantra We purchased a 2013 Elantra in 2012 and returned to the same dealership, Nashville Downtown Hyundai in November of 2016 and purchased a 2017 Elantra L We purchased a 2013 Elantra in 2012 and returned to the same dealership, Nashville Downtown Hyundai in November of 2016 and purchased a 2017 Elantra Limited. We had no issues with our 2013 model and look forward to many carefree miles in this new vehicle. Downtown Hyundai did all of our service on the 20113 and we will be back regularly for them to service this new vehicle. We feel that we have been treated very well by both their sales and their service departments. More

There was a small, dime sized dent on the front right fender that I didn't notice until I got the car home, which is about 2 hours from the dealer, but I'm overall very satisfied with my purchase at this time. The Service Manager is a combative inept fool who couldn't change a light bulb and if he had to, seems he would complain and gripe and make sure you k The Service Manager is a combative inept fool who couldn't change a light bulb and if he had to, seems he would complain and gripe and make sure you knew he was put out by it! His abrasive personality is evidenced by the high turn over of service advisors at this location. During the weeks they had my vehicle, I noticed that three (3) service advisors quit. Gee, with this ray of sunshine as a manager, I cannot imagine why.... When I got there to pick up my vehicle, only one advisor was working. To my dismay, the service manager came out -to reiterate some lousy excuse he had already told me on the phone- and to make me feel like their staffing problems were my problem, not his. The owner is a fool to allow this jerk to continue in any management position at this dealership. Needless to say, I got in my car and drove it like I stole it-the xxxx out of there and away from this over-aggressive "service" manager. More

As with most people, i was NOT interested in a pushy sales pitch, but more so someone to listen to my needs Terrence Long was the PERFECT salesman... As with most people, i was NOT interested in a pushy sales pitch, but more so someone to listen to my needs, and deliver. I test drove the elantra, which is what i was SURE i wanted. When i was inside it, it didnt suit me like i expected. Terrence then asked what i needed and what i didnt like about the elantra, and put me in a sonata, and it was JUST what i didnt know i needed. Price point was understood, and i walked out with the car i loved!!!!! litterally the quickest most effecient car buying process. I am thoroughly impressed. Shawn in finance was quick and effecient and i walked out of his office with no questions and feeling confident. Thank you!!!!!!! More
