Kept in touch I was driving through Nashville, my check engine light came on my 2010 Impreza and I noticed my power wasn't as strong as it usually is. Disappointing Lack of Service After a rocky start with Downtown Hyundai, it took a full week for them to be able to look at my car and determine that it needed a new battery. Mainl After a rocky start with Downtown Hyundai, it took a full week for them to be able to look at my car and determine that it needed a new battery. Mainly, from what the service manager mentioned, due to an overwhelming amount of recalls that kept them from looking at any other vehicle. My car came back dirtier than I sent it, and my communications with the staff rarely ended well, save for the girl who checked my out when I picked up my car. She was friendly and efficient. I had to call the general manager to get things started, and then after sharing my review on facebook, he responded for me to call him to discuss my problems, this being almost four days after I had already spoken to him. I will not go back to Downtown Hyundai, and after already writing reviews on Facebook and Yelp, I'm only leaving this one since they sent me an email asking how my service was. Not good. More
