Half of the employees weren’t wearing masks, including the employee who drove my car from the service area to the drop off room and none of the customers in the waiting area were wearing masks. DO NOT EVER bring your vehicle here to be serviced. I have ended up filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Hyundai Corporate because of the way my service was handled at this dealership. T have ended up filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau and Hyundai Corporate because of the way my service was handled at this dealership. The general manager lied and even proved his "claims" incorrect with documentation he submitted through the BBB. I made an original service appointment listed under AC issues back in the beginning of June. The dealership did not look at the AC but called and told me that changing my spark plugs and paying to clean my fuel injection line would definitely fix the issue. I returned to pick up my vehicle, paid $468 to only have the fuel line cleaned because I could change my own sparks plus for cheaper than the $250 they quoted me for that separate service. Within five minutes of leaving the dealership the original problem was still present. I immediately called and they took my car back in the following morning first thing and FINALLY looked at the original problem I stated when making my appointment and dropping my car off. They fixed the issue the second time and charged me another $303 for that service after I was told by the service department I would not have to pay because it was there mistake and they should have looked at the AC the first time. I was rudely told by staff that, "This is just what it costs," when I questioned why I was being billed for this return appointment. I paid and when I returned home called to speak to the service manager. Two hours later the service manager took my payment and contact information, AGREED with me that they should have never charged me for the original appointment and said I would receive a full refund of $468 and offered me a free oil change. Currently, I was only given $100 of my second appointment charges, and I have called several times to try and reach Scott, the service manager, as well as Tim, the general manager. I left over 10 messages with various people who assured me I would receive a call back. Still not one call as been returned to me. I finally filed my complaints with Hyundai corporate as well as the BBB. I also emailed Tim, the general manager who said that he wished I had contacted him to begin with because he could have handled this swiftly and blamed me for making a big deal about it. I stated I have contacted the dealership, SEVERAL times, and sent him a screenshot of the most recent call where I left him a message that was a week prior. The responses I received in my BBB case complaint were complete lies. They stated I brought my car in a week later and then provided documentation of both bills THAT WERE DATED ONE DAY APART. They also altered the second document to say "internal" where the charges should be listed and claimed they did refund me (it was still a refund for the wrong service appointment). I politely provided my credit card bill stating otherwise and asked that they keep to their original promise. The individual stated that they would only refund me the difference between the two charges on my credit card statement which, in total with the prior $100, still was less that my original charges. I was not satisfied with this and again asked I be refunded for what I was promised and we could both go about our days. The individual closed the BBB case and said it's this or nothing without giving me a chance to respond. As of today no one will contact me about the refund, not one phone call has been returned and I am now working with corporate to have this issue resolved. This is the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They lie, they do not follow through on their promises, and they will not look out for you. They are only in this business for themselves and to charge you the most for services not necessary. I warn you NEVER TAKE YOUR VEHICLE TO THIS DEALERSHIP. More
