Have contacted this dealership for almost two weeks. Attempting to speak with their general manager for a warranty related issue. So far no returned calls. Meanwhile my 78 year old mother, who did buy the car from Downtown Hyundai, remains extremely upset in limbo with a broken vehicle and no assistance from either the General Manager or the Service Manager. Have reached out to the Parent company for help. More

What a mess! Scheduled a recall appt. for 3 months & then parts were not there! Call and ask for a loner then parts miraculously appear and car is fixed. They kept the car from 8:00 till 5:00. Very unprofessional. More
