HORRIBLE! I am a devout FORD fan and have had well over a dozen FORD cars and trucks. I rarely have a problem and understand that sometimes things break. Not this time, I brought my new F150 in because t a dozen FORD cars and trucks. I rarely have a problem and understand that sometimes things break. Not this time, I brought my new F150 in because there was some odd warping going on with the plastic molding. I figured it was obvious it was not from vandalism but not this place. Immediately James indicated his position by asking if I was a fireman or if I parked near a hot fire? xxx? If that was the case, the hard plastic wouldn't be the only thing damage right? The soft rubber was all n tact all in the same places. No problems with the paint and no issues with anything other than the molding? After leaving it I was told FORD would not approve repairs and that the position was it was caused by vandilsm or some other issue. Totally wrong and absurd! Well, I called Future Ford in Roseville where I bought it and unlike Downtown Ford, they immediately recognized it was a default issue and ironically got it approved by FORD? In the end, I learned to just drive out of my way for the dealer who gets things done and doesn't blow off the issues. Obviously Future Ford took the time to explain the situation with FORD to obtain approval because they CARED. Unlike Downtown FORD who couldn't seem to be bothered... Well, looks like all my business and anyone I talk to will avoid this dealership in the future! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! More
