Service and a tire problem I was in for an oil change and they found two leaks in the oil pan and the differential that were covered under warranty. I was given a rental car at I was in for an oil change and they found two leaks in the oil pan and the differential that were covered under warranty. I was given a rental car at no charge and the car was repaired in record time. The tire was another problem as it went flat after they said it was ok. Took it back and then ran more tests. The tire was fine and no reason for the flat. It has stayed inflated and holding at 40 Lbs of pressure. It may have been a problem with the way the tire was mounted on the rim in the first place. More

no good, they calleDme many times, 1st very nice than turned I called Nissan to let sales agent know which car we r interested in, I knew the price my husband wanted was lower payment, I wanted quick charger on I called Nissan to let sales agent know which car we r interested in, I knew the price my husband wanted was lower payment, I wanted quick charger on the car. I told my husband to pay extra $2000 so payment don't increase in car with quick charger First, he made a big mistake to tell them forget the quick charger and offered 2000 extra to lower the monthly oayment, I got very upset, called many times to speak to sales person to let het him know that my husband is misunderstanding about the payment, sales person never once came on the phone, also, operator hung up many times. I went there an hour later the keys were all ready in his hand. I was very upset the sales person I spoke to inquire about the car, sold the car to my husband five hours later. He tells me come to my office to talk I said there is nothing to talk about the car is sold but I needed to know why he did not pick up the phone and what had just happened ,I go sit there and he took off never came back. i asked operator to page him never saw him again, I was there about half an hour. Spoke to person in charge told me I am calling his team a thief .. I never thought about it that way, but now it makes sense The gulty person never came back to the phone or came back to talk to me when I went there. Also, the operator hung up many times, she could have told me that sales agent was busy. My daughter called for my husband said wrong number. They hardly had anybody in the dealership. All this is to get extra 2000 dollars .... My husband told me not to complaint because he is afraid that car is leased and they will give hard time... More
