Sent an inquiry online via true car, Sonny responded immediately. I sent him my offer, which was aggressive, he nailed it. 3-4 back and forth e-mails and the deal was reached. Super easy. Sonny had all the paperwork prepared and lined up so that when I came in, I was there for only 20 minutes. Everything as promised, no up-selling, no BS. 1 of the most, if not the most, easiest purchases/leases I've ever had. Over the last 6 months I have been to a number of Kia/Hyundai dealerships and they are garbage with customer service. Keys and Glendale Hyundai were complete idiots compared to you guys. More
