The worst experience of my life buying a car I went here to buy a new tundra. I had purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealer in the past. I wanted to trade a tundra and get a new truck. I went here to buy a new tundra. I had purchased two brand new vehicles from this dealer in the past. I wanted to trade a tundra and get a new truck. I asked the sales person to work with me on getting the best price for my trade and on the new vehicle. I explained to the sales person that I had contacted two other dealerships as well and I wanted to keep the business here but needed to price shop to get my best deal. The sales person then went directly to the sales manager and told him that I had been price shopping at other dealers. The manager then told the sales consultant not to give me any prices on what they could offer me for my trade or on the new tundra.? The sales consultant came to me and saiid they felt I would have to go to the other dealers first and get their prices first before they would give me their price quote? I couldn't believe it!! I was totally disgusted that they would do that! They wouldn't even work with me at all and the y told me it was ridiculous that I was asking for their price to compare it to other dealers prices! They said they wouldn't give me their price because I would then take my business to another dealership? These guys are the most Unprofessional sakes people I have ever dealt with in my life! I told them that they totally lost my business now and forever. I went an hour down the road and bought a brand new tundra from their competitor that same day More
