Excellent service, great communication I brought my car in for registration and an oil change and when I got there I was offered 60k mile service. The inspection report was provided,thru email, then a detailed pricing estimate was attached. The service dept then let me select the work to complete. After evaluating the pricing estimate was then revised. I was informed of any changes from this game plan, by the service representative handling my vehicle. Concerning the cars age an after market warranty is in effect. The service rep talked to or negotiated with the Warranty business, to determine what repairs were covered thru the warranty. Finally the car was ready when the Service rep indicated. Overall a very pleasing experience, the staff was respectful and knowledgeable concerning the car. Finally, I intend to schedule an appointment for other items from the inspection report in time. Thank you and a great job More

Worst Service Department My 2017 CRV needed a new transmission at 53 miles. When I brought it in, the service manager tried to convince me the bucking I felt was normal. I ins My 2017 CRV needed a new transmission at 53 miles. When I brought it in, the service manager tried to convince me the bucking I felt was normal. I insisted on leaving it and was informed, yes it needed a new transmission. Next I get a warning regarding my auto high beams, I call to make an appointment. Inquired if it was a glitch because the light went out. Steve who answered the phone told me he didn't have his crystal ball with him, I should bring it in. Brought the car in, Anthony said no appointment was on record. Luckily Steve remembered making my appt. but didn't matter, was told if the warning had gone out, they would not know what happened. Too bad he forgot his crystal ball would have saved me a trip. When I brought my car in for the inspection sticker, (1 1/2 hrs later), I was told the switch was turned off. Too bad someone couldn't have checked that when I first brought it in? Lastly, I called because I have an A1 warning for maintenance (5520 miles), told that is just oil change and tire rotation, you don't need an appt. Ok show up today, after 15 minutes in the waiting area they call my name. Do you have your key? It's in the door. Ok, sorry you know this is going to take 2hrs? No, I did not. No one came out and told you that? Nope. It's First Come First Serviced! Really? Anthony neglected to tell me when I called. Told them to loose the my service record. I will never return to that dealership. More
