Jeanine on the desk treated me like an old friend calling for service and answers. Very professional, very warm and engaging. When I arrived for service, I talked with Josh Healey. He listened and responded with care and professionalism. There are qualities in that guy that you cannot teach through in-service workshops. He is just the real deal: kind, genuine, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional. These two are why we buy Hondas and why we come to Dover Honda. Thanks. More

This contract is the only reason we keep having to suffer We have bought two Odysseys from this dealership as well as the extended service contracts. This contract is the only reason we keep having to suffer through the deplorable process of getting your vehicle serviced here. First lesson - pick up the phone! Recently called three times and had to leave a message as no one was available to pick up the phone. Nobody ever called back. One time I called and transferred myself to sales just so I could talk to somebody. Sales couldn't get anybody on the line and ended up scheduling my service for me. The few times we actually have had the vehicles serviced there, it was less than average. Three visits to fix a rear hatch that wouldn't close properly. Each time they had to order a part. What Honda dealer doesn't stock parts for the vehicles they sell? Since they have moved buildings we do everything we can to stay away. More

Asked for a tire rotation, marked one of the tires to be rotated, and sure enough, it was never moved. Either incompetence or fraud, doesn't matter. Maybe the most simple maintenance, and they failed. Called in, 3 times in 3 hours, and got voicemail. Left my name and number for a callback, and nothing. Called the main number. The poor receptionist had to walk over to try to find someone in the Service Dept to pick up the phone, and could not find anyone. I left a voicemail with my name and number for the General Manager, and likewise, didn't get a call back. At least they made it a very easy decision to never do business with them again. More
Snow Tires I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but they were also cheaper and better quality than BJ's. It only took an hour to have all 4 tires installed and balanced. Great service at a great price. I will recommend all my friends to go to Dover Honda. You won't be disappointed. More

Without blinking an eye, they found my tire selection in stock, replaced the tires, did an alignment, road tested and even washed my car! The following Monday we had a snow/ice storm and if it had not been for the Service Group at Dover Honda, I am sure I would have had a huge problem driving to work in the storm - maybe even an accident. I owe a HUGE thank you to the staff and technician that helped me. More

Hold on to your wallet Must be nice to do a 30 minute service where you don't even get you hands dirty and charge $274 for labor. Should have known better, in a previous service they missed an oil pressure sensor leak and suggested unneeded service instead. Honda makes great cars, too bad the dealers aren't up to that standard. They want to make it too so expensive to fix a car so they can keep selling new ones. If I was a Honda mechanic I would start a repair shop for just Honda's and not cheat people. I would call it Honda's Fixed Fairly. More
