Strange for a new car and I was concerned this was going to be a bad omen. I made an appointment and brought the car in on my return, Steve in service brought the car right in installed the accessories and replaced a brand new tire as defective, problem solved and in just over an hour. Great service! And the car is awesome! I replaced a 2009 with a 2017 Accord. The improvements are incredible. More
Very Quick, Excellent Service I haven't been to Dover Honda very often, but when I have it has been a very positive experience. Great! I am from PA and am up here on vacation. My Honda started making noise so I wanted to get it checked out before the 8 hour drive home. Every single I am from PA and am up here on vacation. My Honda started making noise so I wanted to get it checked out before the 8 hour drive home. Every single person I interacted with was friendly and welcoming, including Charley the French Bulldog!. While my car was being checked out I asked to see a new Pilot, with full disclosure that I was not buying, but wanted to see a new one since it was in my 2 year plan to get one. Al brought a new Pilot around for me and went over it bumper to bumper with NO pressure. My car was checked out and I was given a few options and their upfront costs. My service was done and I was assured and reassured my car was good to go for our trip. I was very impressed with every aspect of this dealership!! If I am ever in need of Honda help again up here I will definitely return! More
Made an appointment but had to wait in a line of cars We have bought two vehicles from Dover Honda and had an issue with tires on the first one but were convinced to come back after settling the issue. W We have bought two vehicles from Dover Honda and had an issue with tires on the first one but were convinced to come back after settling the issue. We did buy another vehicle but service is always an issue. It is always seems to be a communication issue with service. This time we made an appointment which was confirmed a number of times by Dover Honda via e-mail. When we got there we were in a line of cars and told our appointment for an oil change and tire rotation didn't matter that we would have to wait our turn. We travel a good distance and had another appointment late afternoon so were not happy we were there an hour and 15 minutes for an appointment that took them a few minutes. We watched them. Last time we were told we could do an early inspection which we had asked about when we called and when we got there had to argue with the mechanic about it until we insisted he go check. Always annoying little things that add up. They check all the systems but never reset anything on the instrument panel . We had the low tire pressure light come on after yesterdays appointment. We checked the tire pressure and they were down a little. Thought that would have been checked when they rotated the tires or did they do something to cause the issue. I guess the main issue is no one seems to really care . Maybe busy enough so they don't think that matters. More

He listened and responded with care and professionalism. There are qualities in that guy that you cannot teach through in-service workshops. He is just the real deal: kind, genuine, thoughtful, and thoroughly professional. These two are why we buy Hondas and why we come to Dover Honda. Thanks. More

This contract is the only reason we keep having to suffer through the deplorable process of getting your vehicle serviced here. First lesson - pick up the phone! Recently called three times and had to leave a message as no one was available to pick up the phone. Nobody ever called back. One time I called and transferred myself to sales just so I could talk to somebody. Sales couldn't get anybody on the line and ended up scheduling my service for me. The few times we actually have had the vehicles serviced there, it was less than average. Three visits to fix a rear hatch that wouldn't close properly. Each time they had to order a part. What Honda dealer doesn't stock parts for the vehicles they sell? Since they have moved buildings we do everything we can to stay away. More

Asked for a tire rotation, marked one of the tires to be rotated, and sure enough, it was never moved. Either incompetence or fraud, doesn't matter. Maybe the most simple maintenance, and they failed. Called in, 3 times in 3 hours, and got voicemail. Left my name and number for a callback, and nothing. Called the main number. The poor receptionist had to walk over to try to find someone in the Service Dept to pick up the phone, and could not find anyone. I left a voicemail with my name and number for the General Manager, and likewise, didn't get a call back. At least they made it a very easy decision to never do business with them again. More
Snow Tires I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but they were also cheaper and better quality than BJ's. It only took an hour to have all 4 tires installed and balanced. Great service at a great price. I will recommend all my friends to go to Dover Honda. You won't be disappointed. More
