Ok, now that the hard part is over, I’ll tell you the good stuff. I was on the hunt for an affordable, yet attractive SUV. I had been driving a sporty BMW sedan for a while but it was no longer conducive to my mom-on-the-go lifestyle. My needs were very specific- third row seat, black or white exterior, most of the bells and whistles, affordable...and it needed to have sex appeal. After connecting with Paula on social media, I put the bug in her ear about what I desired and let her know I was going to be a pain to work with. Within a few moments, she sent me various links and asked me what I thought about each choice. None of which I was sold on. Within the week I popped by the dealership and she showed me a few additional cars...again, nothing I was super excited about. Paula was extremely patient with me, didn’t try to trick me into something I wasn’t feeling comfortable with and NEVER pressured me about anything. Weeks, possibly even months, went by and there was still no hard sales approach from Paula. If something came in, she would simply shoot me a message or just checked in to see how I was doing. Eventually I came in to talk about leasing a new Pilot. Paula was busy with other guests but grabbed all the information for me to look over and never made me feel like I was annoying her (I had already shot down about five cars, test drove a few and was still wishy washy about the whole ordeal). Towards the end of her shift and after completing a sale with the previous guests she had, I told Paula I wanted the showroom Honda Pilot. She didn’t even roll her eyes at me! She just offered to take it out, let me test drive it and also run some numbers, knowing it was way over what I wanted to spend. Paula is a saint, super knowledgeable about what she is selling and won’t ever make you feel pressured into a sale. I drove home that night in a FANCY, showroom Honda Pilot Touring with no regrets. I refer people to Paula all the time and if I could give her 10-stars, I would! GO TO PAULA! More

Very good dealership, good buying experience with Paula I have now leased a second Honda (my 6th owned or leased Honda) through Dover Honda. Good service department that have handled routine maintenance fo I have now leased a second Honda (my 6th owned or leased Honda) through Dover Honda. Good service department that have handled routine maintenance for us the last 3 years and Paula guided us through a good buying/leasing experience. I leased the 2018 Accord Sport, a good compromise as I leave my fun 6-speed manual transmissions behind and enjoy the new safety features and good acceration. The managers need to be more transparent in the leasing process—show your math—would be the only noticeable improvement. Paperwork/finance Marsha was buttoned down. It was a little slow clearing the car through detailing and tagging, but it was a big service day too. When crunch time came, Paula got us expedited out. Shout out to Jill Colety and Nick Dolle for internet, e-mail and text responses. Prompt answers to inquiries without being over bearing or over loading the number of responses. Their offers were more attractive on other cars than the first offer by the manager on the car we leased, so that should be tightened up (or cut a deal with Paula, Jill, or Nick—then do math class/lease). All in, I recommend Honda and Dover Honda and will know to ask for Paula to help with my next Honda (and math lesson with management). More
