Fast, Efficent and Friendly I had been looking for a 2018 Honda Civic Ex 1.5T white on black for over two weeks! When my husband and I saw one come into Dover Honda we were so ex I had been looking for a 2018 Honda Civic Ex 1.5T white on black for over two weeks! When my husband and I saw one come into Dover Honda we were so excited! We had a couple horrible experiences at our dealerships here in Maine, so we were very skeptical and nervous to put our trust in another one. We talked with Drake on the phone about putting the car on hold and financing and he was amazing! We drove down to Dover the next morning and we’re probably at the dealership for a total of 1.5 hours!our sales man, Ryan was personable and answered all questions with patience and a positive attitude! The finance man, Xan, was efficent and very quick! Over all we had an excellent experience leasing a car through Dover Honda, they made us feel important and welcomed! The only thing that bothered us was how the garage cleaned the car for us, it was kinda sloppy and seemed to be rushed, nothing that we couldn’t fix with a little Elbe grease! Thank you so much Ryan and everyone at Dover Honda! You will be our first choice Honda dealers for life! More

Almost perfect Overall my experience with Dover Honda was a good one. I had a 2010 CRV that had none of the new safety features and came in with the express purpose Overall my experience with Dover Honda was a good one. I had a 2010 CRV that had none of the new safety features and came in with the express purpose of buying a new CRV that included as many safe driving options as possible; Charley Lawrence made that happen. He was not pushy, but explained cogently what options were available, how they operated and how they would help me. I have been back several times for clarifications of several options. Charley was there to help me on one occasion and Chance Redden put on my license plate and clarified the cooling system operations. Both were friendly and helpful. My one complaint lies with the people who prepped the vehicle. I had to return to have mudflaps and mats that I had purchased installed. Also, on a road trip to Vermont, I noticed that the inside of the windshield was difficult to see thru' because of a grimy film that had not been properly cleaned. The car had been deemed complete. Overall I feel that I've had a very good experience with Dover Honda and would return again and recommend it to others. More

Return trip I was returning to trade my lease vehicle in and select another and was just as pleased with the servce that Sue Garland provided. We were interested in the CR-V and he spent several hours with us going over all the features of the car, taking us for a test drive, and thoroughly answering all of our questions. We never felt pressured and it was a pleasant experience. We appreciated how Allan took some extra time to help our daughter get comfortable with the vehicle and all its features before we drove off.
