Worst Service Department My 2017 CRV needed a new transmission at 53 miles. When I brought it in, the service manager tried to convince me the bucking I felt was normal. I insisted on leaving it and was informed, yes it needed a new transmission. Next I get a warning regarding my auto high beams, I call to make an appointment. Inquired if it was a glitch because the light went out. Steve who answered the phone told me he didn't have his crystal ball with him, I should bring it in. Brought the car in, Anthony said no appointment was on record. Luckily Steve remembered making my appt. but didn't matter, was told if the warning had gone out, they would not know what happened. Too bad he forgot his crystal ball would have saved me a trip. When I brought my car in for the inspection sticker, (1 1/2 hrs later), I was told the switch was turned off. Too bad someone couldn't have checked that when I first brought it in? Lastly, I called because I have an A1 warning for maintenance (5520 miles), told that is just oil change and tire rotation, you don't need an appt. Ok show up today, after 15 minutes in the waiting area they call my name. Do you have your key? It's in the door. Ok, sorry you know this is going to take 2hrs? No, I did not. No one came out and told you that? Nope. It's First Come First Serviced! Really? Anthony neglected to tell me when I called. Told them to loose the my service record. I will never return to that dealership. More

He tells me how much time they’ll need, the estimated expense. I really liked that at the 1 hour wait time he came out toupdste me on what was done and how much longer. He respects me as a female car owner and offers suggestions. He’s the best service consultant since I left Volkswagen service in 2008. (That’s when I purchased an Element and then my FIT. ). More
Excellence When I came in for my annual inspection I asked if they could also replace/install license plate screws which had been incomplete (4 Missing - 2 front When I came in for my annual inspection I asked if they could also replace/install license plate screws which had been incomplete (4 Missing - 2 front & 2 back) since we purchased the car in 2012. when they finished the car's inspection and brought it out; they had replaced all 8 screws with new ones, washed the car and asked where they should park the vehicle for easy access by my wife (who is disabled and in a wheelchair). Great attitude and great service! More

On the financing side, Sarah Northrop and Xan Peterson was also very good to deal with. There was a several days' delay in having the car ready for pick-up, but the reasons for this appeared to be out of the control of Dover Honda (A wrong colored accessory was shipped to them). More

I was there to see a used Prius they had taken in on trade. Once I had finished the test drive, I knew this was the car I was looking for. Could I have saved a few more $$$? Possibly, but I felt the amount we had decided on was fair. I was presented with add-on options, but no one twisted my arm to take them, which I really appreciated. After having the car for a couple days, I see some places that could have used some touch-up paint and am confident if I contact Ryan, he will take care of it. More

Great experience I had a great experience at Dover Honda with 3 visits in the past month. I have bought 3 Honda's in the last 6 years at three separate dealerships an I had a great experience at Dover Honda with 3 visits in the past month. I have bought 3 Honda's in the last 6 years at three separate dealerships and this was by far the best experience. Now some of this may be contributed to the fact I didn't have a trade in this time around so there was less to haggle over, but even so everything about this purchase was great. I went in a month ago with a certain price in mind. We couldn't come to a deal that day, but at no point did I feel overly pressured. Bob and Paula were both very professional and I enjoyed working with them even though we couldn't make a deal. This past Monday Bob called me to let me know there were new Honda promotions and to see if was still in the market. The new promotions got the price within $200 of my original ask. However there was an additional promotion going on for the same car I wanted but with Navigation, which was actually cheaper than without. 500 less than my original ask. Problem is they didn't have any on the lot. Dover Honda was able to meet a quote I had been given from an out of town dealership and get the color combination I wanted from another dealership as well. Bob and company were great. Bob kept me updated throughout the process as they tried to get the car I wanted. If you have ever bought a Honda before your probably know about "The Survey". I think the thing that stood out most is Bob or anyone else at Dover Honda for that matter never mentioned "The Survey" until I was about to drive away, and it was only a just so you know, and I'd appreciate if you could take a few minutes to fill it out. My last two purchase at other Honda dealerships as soon as a sale was verbally agreed to everything was about "the survey". Another difference between this purchase and past purchases was the finance person. Sarah was quick, and not at all pushy when it came to extras. Again a major change from what I was used to. If your in the market for a new Honda certainly shop around so you get the best price, but then take your quote over to Bob at Dover Honda, they will treat your right. More
