Too many not so great experiences. The phone system is totally inadequate. It takes forever for anyone to answer the phone. I had to leave a message asking for a price quote for snow The phone system is totally inadequate. It takes forever for anyone to answer the phone. I had to leave a message asking for a price quote for snow tires and no one returned my call. I was at the dealership for almost three hours for an oil change. They accidentally changed it twice. When I bought the car they mistakenly charged me Maine sales tax and it took almost a week to get my money back. They gave me a special go to guy because I was so dissatisfied. It took him four days to return my call. Also when I purchased the automobile I did not receive any price break, even though I paid cash. I changed dealerships and found out how it is supposed to work. More

Memorable Customer Service Having recently purchased another vehicle for my business at a different dealership the contrast was staggering. Particularly Ryan Gendron went out of his way to register and personally deliver the vehicle with an incredible sense of urgency I've not experienced from another dealership. That being said the entire team was more responsive and followed up with great clarity and urgency. Again unlike any other experience, I've had to date. Down to the smallest detail, when upon arrival to sign paperwork I arrived and began to inspect the vehicle in the lot without notifying anyone. I heard the vehicle doors unlock while as Ryan was awaiting my arrival and wanted me to have access to the vehicle without having to wait a moment. This is a vehicle that could've been purchased anywhere, but WOW what an experience! More
