Al asked lots of questions about our needs, listened carefully, and thoroughly explained all the differences for each option package. He was extremely knowledgeable. Upon picking up our new car, Al walked us through the whole vehicle showing us options in detail. He took the time to set preferences based on our specific needs before we left the lot! Ryan Gendron also helped us finish the process, and got us the best financing. Going over many options to find the right one for us. He was also extremely knowledgeable about financing and warranty choices. Both Al and Ryan were friendly and intelligent! The whole experience was perfect. It was the most positive, no pressure purchase for a vehicle we have ever experienced. We highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for new or used vehicles. The certified used vehicle I purchased was not ready when I came buy to pick it up, which was disappointing. I am not sure about the credibility of the 182 point certification process after this experience. The driver seat was/is stained, a replaced wiper blade was not installed properly, and the windshield of my vehicle was badly scratched. Fortunately, my sales representative made certain my vehicle’s windshield was replaced at the dealer’s expense. Someone at the service department dropped the ball checking this car. This drop has me a bit uncertain about the overall credibility of the Honda certification process. More

I knew everything about the car, I’ve test driven it, I knew how much was putting down, where I needed my payment and that there was only two in the whole state that was brand new sitting at Dover Honda. My sales guy was only at job for a week but was amazing and to boot he had no voice. I had bought the car of my dreams within a hour in a half. I would recommend the car dealership to anyone not only was my sales guys amazing but everyone else was great too once I walked in the door. More
