I worked with Karen Campbell who was also outstanding and because of these people I decided to purchase this car unsceen due to the coronavirus. We were able to make the deal within the same day and also the finance person was outstanding and did a great job putting the paper work together. Karen Campbell was willing to bring the car to Conway NH where I live because of difficulties of me going to Dover. All paperwork was ready for me to sign and done properly. A+ for the whole crew. At know time did she show any impatience or annoyance with my inability to commit to something right away. When I my old lease was rear ended and ended up being totaled her first thought was for the welfare of my family and not once try to push a sale during that time. Had a great experience working with Jesse. I was interested in a new civic type R, but the one that was on the showroom floor was not my preferred color. Jesse worked with me and came back multiple interested in a new civic type R, but the one that was on the showroom floor was not my preferred color. Jesse worked with me and came back multiple times with very reasonable offers. He even reached out to me a day later telling me that he could speak to a dealer in Maine to trade for a red Type R (the color I wanted). Long story short, strange times we are living in with the coronavirus, so unfortunately we could not trade with the Maine dealership as they had been put on state shutdown. I went elsewhere for my Type R for this reason. Jesse is a personable and professional salesman. He offered me the best rates for a Type R that I could find in the state. A pleasure to work with you Jesse. Also I worked with Paula for a short while, she explained the paint protection package that had been added to the Type R on the showroom floor. Hard offer to pass up, but I appreciate the dedication to your work and the time you took to help me.
