Days before,I had received a recall notification for my Honda Accord.I was amazed that I was able to get an appointment so promptly. When I arrived for the appointment,I was greeted immediately by an attentive Service Technician.The work was done promptly and well.The same woman that arranged for the work to be completed called me to let me know the work was completed. When I arrived at the service desk to sign the paperwork,The woman that had been so polite and professional before,was engaged in what seemed to be a personal conversation with another employee.I waited patiently for a few moments,cleared my throat a few times,and the personal conversation continued.I began to feel like "The invisible Man".Finally,another Service Tech arrived and helped me complete the required paperwork and directed me to my car. The work was completed,and my car was even washed before I picked it up.I've never had that level of service from any other service department before. More

Great Car Buying Experience! I just purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe from Dover Honda. It was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had! I worked with Sue Garland a I just purchased a 2015 Honda Civic Coupe from Dover Honda. It was by far the best buying experience that I have ever had! I worked with Sue Garland and she was tremendous from start to finish. I test drove both the Civic as well as a new Mazda 3 to compare. After spending a few days to weigh the pros and cons of both cars, I decided on the Civic. I emailed Sue and told her that I was interested to begin discussing purchasing the car, and asked that before I put a deposit down on it, if she could email me an Out the Door price including the car itself, as well as all administration fees, Maine title Fee, destination, ect... She replied back in literally less than 10 minutes with an amazing quote that was quite a bit lower than both Edmunds and KBB true market values for this area. This included all fees requested with zero surprises at the end. Plus I got the 1.9% financing as well. Taking delivery was also a very pleasant experience too. Sue again was great in showing me how to pair my phone to the car, introducing me to the service dept, etc.... The car was flawless, very clean and very well detailed. Excellent help with no "games" My wife and I were recently at Dover Honda to replace an old junker and expected to negotiate and haggle and overall hate the car buying experience. My wife and I were recently at Dover Honda to replace an old junker and expected to negotiate and haggle and overall hate the car buying experience. We were greeted by Micheal Martin, one of the salesmen and let him know right off that we were on an early mission just to look at cars and were not buying that day. He still got the car we were interested in and gave us the full tour on how everything worked and answered all our questions. We then got an early quote (he has our number and I was expecting endless calls but we told him we would be back when ready and he did not bother us at all). After my junker finally gave out about a month later we went back to see Micheal and he took us for a test drive then worked with us to get a very good price (very low according to truecar). We were looking at the very base model CR-V and he never once tried to convince us to "upgrade" and only pointed out missing things when we asked about them. In the end we purchased a different car based only on our preference of the car itself, but the dealer we saw for the car we did buy was no comparison. He bothered us often at home, was not as knowledgeable about the car and was unreasonable about the price. We kept saying we wished that Micheal worked at the dealership we were at so we could enjoy buying the car. Our next car will probably be a Honda Fit and I will certainly be starting at Dover again. More
