A stress free, hassle free, straight forward purchase. No ridiculous "anti-theft" fees like you will find in the Portland area. Sales consultant (and finance) was friendly, responsive to my needs, and thorough; from paperwork and manuals to seeing me off while making sure I knew what every button, toggle, gauge, and lever was for and how it worked. I am so pleased with the entire experience, I have already spread the word to family and friends in Maine and the North Shore of Massachusetts. More

Casey was great to deal with. Exception to the norm. Extremely knowlegable. I got the car and color I wanted at a good price. The reason for the 3 I scored for "customer service" is because their on-line site offered a coupon for $400.00 to spend on options at no cost to you! When I got there (a 40 minute drive) I told Casey that I left it at home..he told the manager and the manager said " oh, it's too bad and too late...you needed to bring it with you. I was out the $400 giveaway. Casey seemed embarrassed for her behavior. More

I needed a power steering pump replaced with 52500 miles on my truck. I've had all my service done at this Dealership and even though it was out of warrenty they replaced it for me. They called it "GOOD WI on my truck. I've had all my service done at this Dealership and even though it was out of warrenty they replaced it for me. They called it "GOOD WILL TO CUSTOMER".
