The sales staff was excellent and never pressured us in the four times we stopped by prior to purchasing. They beat the competition in price, product turn around and overall ease in obtaining the vehicle. I came in on New Year's Eve at 4pm. By 7pm I was leaving with a new car, a 2013 Honda Insight. I didn't know it was my dream car when I started the process but I do now! Sue couldn't have been mor leaving with a new car, a 2013 Honda Insight. I didn't know it was my dream car when I started the process but I do now! Sue couldn't have been more pleasant, welcoming, and helpful. THIS is how buying a car SHOULD be. I had a less than comfortable experience at a different dealership earlier in the day; the difference between the two was is night and day. I have a safe car with excellent gas mileage at a price I only dreamed of paying. I will recommend Dover Honda & Sue to anyone who will listen. More

I didn't feel like I was at an auto dealership, she broke down the boundaries effortlessly, and made me feel right at home. She greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. She even greeted other customers walking in the door, making them feel that they are valued as soon as they walk in. She wasn't attentive to only me, but others that may be waiting for help, I thought that was very nice of her; I've never seen anyone do that at other dealerships I've been to. Susan made me feel valued immediately, even when I was clearly just browsing the first time I came in. I'm excited about the whole experience, I love my new Accord Coupe!
