Dover Honda

I visited the dealership in February. I bought the Honda Accord for two reasons. Honda is a brand synonymous with quality, longevity and great resale value. The second reason I bought it was because of my dealership experience. Specifically, my salesperson, Sue Garland, answered all of my questions, addressed my concerns, and made a great deal for me. I was prepared to go to another dealership to buy this model, but Sue helped me secure a deal that was more than acceptable to me and made me feel that she really wanted to earn my business. Sue was extremely knowledgeable about her product, honest and forthright, and she gave me great service. I showed up early to pick up my car and she got it ready in a hurry. I would recommend Dover Honda and Sue to any of my friends or family who are in the market for a new car. More

The sales staff was excellent and never pressured us in the four times we stopped by prior to purchasing. They beat the competition in price, product turn around and overall ease in obtaining the vehicle. I came in on New Year's Eve at 4pm. By 7pm I was leaving with a new car, a 2013 Honda Insight. I didn't know it was my dream car when I started the process but I do now! Sue couldn't have been mor leaving with a new car, a 2013 Honda Insight. I didn't know it was my dream car when I started the process but I do now! I had a less than comfortable experience at a different dealership earlier in the day; the difference between the two was is night and day. My overall experience was great. The reason for this is one: Susan Garland; the sales consultant at Dover Honda. She made the whole experience comfortable and natural. I didn't feel like I was at an auto dealership, she broke down the boundaries effortlessly, and made me feel right at home. She greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. She even greeted other customers walking in the door, making them feel that they are valued as soon as they walk in. She wasn't attentive to only me, but others that may be waiting for help, I thought that was very nice of her; I've never seen anyone do that at other dealerships I've been to. Susan made me feel valued immediately, even when I was clearly just browsing the first time I came in. I'm excited about the whole experience, I love my new Accord Coupe!
