I have now gotten my car back with repairs complete and have found myself to be very happy with the service. The staff was courteous and helpful. I dropped the car off, as scheduled, on a Monday morning to be delivered to Portsmouth Autobody. My rental from Enterprise was ready to go. Four days later, my car was returned, roof paint intact. The whole adventure cost me $341 and while I wish it had been a little less (given the warranty coverage) I was happy that Dover Honda Chevrolet's general manager, Nancy Oeser, had taken the time to try to help me and also to try to prevent the kinds of problems I faced in the future. So, the work was done well. The staff was helpful. Much more like old times over there...
