Did a great job on a Honda Recall but Besides the recall service they did an under car inspection I did not request (the recall did not need it being on a lift). I was told I needed an immediate $510 in ball joint repair and valve adjustments. A thorough inspection by my mechanic showed that in his opinion, these repairs were unnecessary (in fact one ball joint had recently been replaced). My opinion is get a second opinion at this dealership. Otherwise they are quite pleasant. Honda makes great cars, don't be duped into unnecessary repairs; you are much better off with your local mechanic as they will not cheat you because they want your long term business and are generally your neighbor as well. PS service guy: the oil had just been changed, that was my "oil leak", this little Element does not leak oil! More
