You treated us with respect, consideration and humor and you listened to our concerns and answered our questions. I think you are great at what you do because you are an excellent person. The car drives like a dream and floats like a cloud. I'm still learning the computer aspects, but feeling more and more comfortable all the time. I love the readouts and seeing the arc go from green to white as I drive in and out of 'aggressive' mode. It feels quite luxurious and the heated seats are great is this deep freeze. The frosting on the cake ? Your great haircut, your smile and enthusiasm. We love your Jeep, your green socks and your dogs !!! Thank you for everything. This experience was a nightmare! I recently purchased a used Toyota 4 runner from the hacks at Dover Chevrolet. Although I absolutely love the car, my experience with these people was I recently purchased a used Toyota 4 runner from the hacks at Dover Chevrolet. Although I absolutely love the car, my experience with these people was absolutely horrible! I took delivery on Saturday February 13, 2016 and they waited until after I had handed them the check for my new car to make mention that they did not have the title to it. They said that I was fine to take the car anyway, which I later heard that to be untrue. I did not hear a word from them until about 5 days later when they called, not regarding the title for my new car, but rather because the incompetent business manager Bill Walsbury told me to sign the title for my trade on the wrong line and they needed me to sign it again. Although Bill did offer to have someone bring the necessary document to my home or over night mail it to me, neither of these options were convienent for me so I initially offered to make the 100 mile round trip up there to sign the paper work that he messed up. I then called my salesman, Josh Hersey, regarding this situation and the missing title for my new car and never received a call back. I heard 3 different stories from three different people as to Josh's whereabouts and to why he didn't call me back. They finally did come through with producing the title on getting the car registered on day 6 of the 7 day grace period. The only person who seemed to care at all about me was Jeanine the receptionist who I spoke to at length about the situation. I found the people at Dover to be rude and condescending and no where near as helpful after they got their check. The people at Dover are the epitome of sleazy car salesmen and they are the reason car salesmen have the reputation they do. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy! I would have given them "0" stars but the website doesn't support it!! They are awful!!! Never again will I return to Dover!!! More
