New car shopping If it wasn't for my interactions with Paula prior to going to the dealership, I would not have even considered going back to Honda. I had waited for If it wasn't for my interactions with Paula prior to going to the dealership, I would not have even considered going back to Honda. I had waited for nearly a half hour just to talk to a dealer, then finally went for a test drive, and he was not able to give me a price for the vehicle before leaving b/c said they were too busy and would call in the morning. Paula had reached out to me when I brought my former car in for inspection, was very pleasant...not pushy. I had spoken with her again the day after my visit for the test drive (she was not working that day or else I'm sure the experience would've been different). She gave me prices, offered comparisons to other cars I was considering and was extremely helpful. Although I did not end up getting a Honda this time, my experience dealing with Paula was a good one. I had a Honda for nearly 10 years and will definitely consider again in the future, it came down to pricing this time. Thank you! More

The sales folks at Dover really accommodated me and even stored the car for a couple of months until I got back! They were all professional, friendly, and highly knowledgeable.
