I found the vibe throughout the whole place to be positive and upbeat. I am really happy with my decision to purchase from this dealership. I specifically worked with Alec Parmer and Sarah Northrop, and both were professional, personable, and kind. I had to go back a few days later to pick up something that I had left behind, and another employee helped answer some questions I had about the new car. He was also very helpful and friendly. More

We had just gotten out of the car when a man started vacumning the interior. Tawny Reyes took our information and directed us to a large pleasant waiting area. After a short wait our car was ready; the oil changed, fluid levels inspected, tire inflationchecked and corrected as needed, clean and lubed the door hinges and window channels,checked the exterior lightsand inspected the wipers. ALL THIS WAS DONE WITH A SMILE. iF I COULD I WOULD ALWAYS BRING MY oDDESSY TO DOVER hONDA BUT IT IS JUST TOO FAR TO DRIVE FROM CLEARWATER FL. More

Poor Customer Service I was looking to buy a new car at Dover Honda and was emailing one of the employees about pricing and setting up a test drive. I was told the car I wa I was looking to buy a new car at Dover Honda and was emailing one of the employees about pricing and setting up a test drive. I was told the car I was going to test drive would be prepared for me at the specific time I had set up with the sales employee. When I got to the dealership, nobody was available to help me. I waited 20 minutes to get help from an employee, only to find out that nobody had prepared the car I was supposed to test drive. The employee I was emailing about 2 hours earlier that day had gone home and did not notify anyone to get the car ready. I waited again while the car was pulled out and prepared. When I was finally able to test drive the car, the employee who rode with me and my family was not knowledgeable about the car. He was unable to answer any of my questions. When I went to purchase this car, the employee could not find the accessory book, and was unaware of what accessories were available. Overall, I would not recommend buying a car at Dover Honda as the employees do not seem to care about the customer and they are not knowledgeable about their own cars. More

New Truck Purchase I was pleased to receive a call on a Saturday that the new 2017 Ridgelines were in for a test drive if I cared to visit. On Sunday afternoon my wife I was pleased to receive a call on a Saturday that the new 2017 Ridgelines were in for a test drive if I cared to visit. On Sunday afternoon my wife and I met Al Lepler who took us out for a spin. The pitch was low-key, factual and friendly. We decided then and there to buy and completed the deal on the following Wednesday afternoon. That part of the transaction was fast, accurate and comfortably done. I bought a CRV a year earlier at another dealership in Maine that used bait-and-switch tactics to complete the sale. No other Honda dealership will get my business going forward. Dover did it right!!
