Ryan was great ! I had shopped online for the car I purchased . I came to Dover Honda to check the car out in person . After finding it and looking it over I went insi I had shopped online for the car I purchased . I came to Dover Honda to check the car out in person . After finding it and looking it over I went inside where I was greeted by Ryan . I told Ryan which car I was interested in . He immediately got the keys so I could check it out on the inside and take it for a test drive . All went well on the test drive . I knew I wanted the car . I simply agreed to the purchase price that was posted on the website . Ryan was great and wasted no time getting the ball rolling with the financing . Ryan along with the financing department did a great job and got me the interest rate I wanted .The entire process was from start to finish was smooth , quick and an enjoyable experience . Ryan was friendly , helpful and knowledgeable . I will recommend this dealership to friends and family and tell them to ask personally for Ryan for a smooth and stress free car buying experience . Pleasant and Smooth! I already knew prior to going to the dealership what I wanted for a car. I had picked out 3 online to test drive and Allan confirmed my appointment an I already knew prior to going to the dealership what I wanted for a car. I had picked out 3 online to test drive and Allan confirmed my appointment and had all 3 keys ready when I arrived. He showed me all 3 vehicles however, I only test drove one because I knew it was the one I wanted. Allan was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and even hooked up my blue tooth before I left. as I said prior, the experience was smooth and pleasant and I would definitely recommend Dover Auto World and Allan when buying a car. Excellent Experience Allan Lepler assisted me in leasing a 2017 Honda CRV. I came into the showroom after 5 pm and he took his time, as did the rest of the staff, includin Allan Lepler assisted me in leasing a 2017 Honda CRV. I came into the showroom after 5 pm and he took his time, as did the rest of the staff, including Sarah in the Business Office. They went the extra mile to make sure I was happy and had all my questions answered, without a lot of pressure. I do wish the communication was a little better on the day that I was supposed to pick up my new vehicle (it was coming from another dealership), but Allan was not to blame as he was on vacation. For that reason, I still give Allan and Sarah 5 stars and recommend Dover Honda to anyone interested in buying a Honda. More

Later in the day after I got home Charlie took the time to call me at home to make sure I got home safely. That is really going above and beyond his job description and I appreciated that very much.
