However, having just purchased my third new Honda CR V EX through Rick Stern of Dover Honda, I am delighted to report that I am able to write and express my profound thanks to a true professional salesman, one who not only appreciates a client, but also respects that client, and truly goes above and beyond normal sales efforts to insure that his client is treated to a stress free sales environment. Rick Stern actually is paid by the dealership ( no surprise there), so he must protect his employers, however, he is also aware that he must compromise somewhat to earn the trust and business of his client. In that regard alone, Rick demonstrates not only his integrity but also his excellent character by balancing both sides of the deal, allowing the House to earn another sale and the client to leave happy knowing that he was well served. I knew that one phone call to Rick at Dover Honda that I'd have one less issue and another safe vehicle. When I walked in, i was greeted by Rick with a "glad you are okay". This place feels like family every time I go in. Rick is honest and kind and considerate. He listens to what my needs are and puts me in a vehicle accordingly. I also always see Chris and Sue who are on the sales team and always greet me happily. I cannot say enough about the service department as well. They will follow up any questions, comments, or concerns and do their best to address any issues. The service department is very convenient with no appointment necessary for an oil change/ tire rotation! Walking into the dealership, you do not have the need to haggle on the used vehicles because the used car manager (Tony Khoury) sets the most aggressive pricing in NE (on QUALITY used vehicles), they will also honor any reasonable offer on a brand new Honda. Snow Tires I normally go to BJ's to purchase my tires, but they didn't have my size. A friend of mine suggested I call Honda. Not only did they have my size, but they were also cheaper and better quality than BJ's. It only took an hour to have all 4 tires installed and balanced. Great service at a great price. Without blinking an eye, they found my tire selection in stock, replaced the tires, did an alignment, road tested and even washed my car!
