Paula was so fantastic, Funny, always Smiling, and didn't rush through the process, was very patient with Me and My Husband on deciding if and what we wanted to do. I felt we were in good hands and felt as she walked us through each phase that the whole process went very smooth. I was suprised later that she even came in on her day off when we had the vehicle delivered. It is evident that she loves what she does and while representing the dealership she also kept our best interest in view. Horrible Service Department Worst Honda dealership I've ever dealt with overall. The Service Department is absolutely atrocious. Asked for a tire rotation, marked one of the ti Worst Honda dealership I've ever dealt with overall. The Service Department is absolutely atrocious. Asked for a tire rotation, marked one of the tires to be rotated, and sure enough, it was never moved. Either incompetence or fraud, doesn't matter. Maybe the most simple maintenance, and they failed. Called in, 3 times in 3 hours, and got voicemail. Left my name and number for a callback, and nothing. Called the main number. The poor receptionist had to walk over to try to find someone in the Service Dept to pick up the phone, and could not find anyone. I left a voicemail with my name and number for the General Manager, and likewise, didn't get a call back. At least they made it a very easy decision to never do business with them again. More
Excellent Customer Attention My wife and I started our search for a CR-V that she had always wanted. We went to a number of Honda dealers and got the same old run around, never getting a solid bottom line price. One dealer had what we wanted, we agreed on a price, asked us to come at 6 pm to pick it up and when we got there, Oh, we sold it! We can have another one here in 2 days for an additional $500 as a transfer fee. Disgusted and sadden by all out experiences, we decided to visit Dover Honda. We meet Paula, explained what we wanted and what we believed was a fair price. She spoke with her manager, came back and told us that they would meet the price and had one in stock. Oh my! My wife was happy! No games, no back and forth, and no pressure. Once we agreed, Paula ensured we were comfortable and took care of us while we waited our turn to meet Marsha, the business agent. She was prompt and direct to get our paperwork complete and us on our way. A very pleasant experience.. We returned 2 days later to pick up our new car, Paula was off, but Ryan was there to help us. He finished the transaction, introduced my wife to her new CR-V and gave her the best tutorial on how to use the features of the car. Ryan was polite and answered all the questions. My wife was very comfortable driving home her new CR-V. Dover Honda, Paula, Ryan and the staff treated us fantastic. Thank you for a great experience. Oh, we love our new CR-V. More

He was very knowledgeable and worked to get me what I felt like was a fair price for a trade in and even knocked down the lease cost so I could get into a higher end model. Very happy! More
