Charley and Ric gave us their best price on the vehicle from the get-go and were very straightforward. We were very happy with the purchase price of the vehicle that we ultimately chose. In addition, Charley was an absolute pleasure to work with, was very transparent and honest in all steps of the process, and answered all of our questions thoroughly. We also had a great experience with Sarah in Finance. We purchased our Civic at Dover Honda in 2013 and are so happy we returned to purchase another vehicle here. The experience Dover Honda provides its customers is, in our opinion, significantly different than what the typical car dealership provides. Everyone is honest, upfront, friendly, and genuine. We look forward to returning here to have both of our vehicles serviced and will absolutely consider purchasing our next vehicle from Dover Honda! I met Sue at the reception desk, asked her for a salesman, and she jumped right in and asked if a " saleswoman" would work!! Sue is Fantastic, and made the overall experience one of the best I have had, let's face it buying a car is not always the most fun thing to do. She listened to what I was saying, tracked down where the cars were hidden, and worked with the rest of the team to present a fair offer without having to play games. Sue ensured that the car came back "Certified" pre-owned even washing the plates from my old car!!
