Easy purchase experience. We had a good idea of what we were looking for when we arrived at Dover Honda. Al introduced himself and we proceeded to look at a new Ridgeline that We had a good idea of what we were looking for when we arrived at Dover Honda. Al introduced himself and we proceeded to look at a new Ridgeline that was on the lot. We took it for a test drive and loved everything about it. Al explained the option packages and then it was up to Dover Honda to find one that met our needs. Eight days later (including Thanksgiving) we took possession of our Ridgeline. Al reviewed the vehicle's functions, including the safety and computer systems along with the Bluetooth connection. He knows his way around the vehicle very well. Al made the entire experience very enjoyable with his knowledge and demeanor, as well as his promptness to our inquiries by phone.
