Very helpful knowledgible staff. I was going on a trip so wanted to get my oil changed, have the car inspected and have a noise checked out. I should have scheduled the service earli I was going on a trip so wanted to get my oil changed, have the car inspected and have a noise checked out. I should have scheduled the service earlier and I was leaving the next day on the trip. The noise turned out to be a timing belt problem that was an issue covered by special notice I had received. It was going to take a lot more time than they really had that day but they moved things around and were able to take care of it that day. They also gave me a car to us so I did not have to sit around all day. The service personnel was very thorough and made sure every thing that should be done while the car was disassembled was done to avoid future problems. I really appreciated the effort and care shown by the staff including the technician. More
