Take your business elsewhere I had agreed to a price on a car and the finance manager asked me to sign a Vehicle Buyer's Order, which I did (and have a copy, also signed by the de I had agreed to a price on a car and the finance manager asked me to sign a Vehicle Buyer's Order, which I did (and have a copy, also signed by the dealership), which is a legally binding contract. But while my independent loan application was in process they sold the car out from under me the same day my loan got approved. I literally drove over an hour, 53 miles, to go to the dealership to close the deal only to find out that the car was sold earlier that day. I am furious. They cost me a lot of my time and a lot of credit inquiries on my report, hurting my credit score for two years just because they were in such a hurry to make a sale that they WOULDN'T HONOR THEIR OWN CONTRACT AGREEMENT. Read that again. They don't honor their own written agreements. I have proof in writing. This is the same dealership that ran the "King of Cards" contest scam less than a year got that led to an Attorney General investigation and burned one of my close friends. I saw his "winning" game piece personally. I thought that might have just been a one-time occurrence, but apparently they're still willing to cut corners to make a buck. I do have another issue with my Hyundai that it is an intermittent issue, therefore very frustrating for both parties to deal with I am sure. Hopefully in the future it will become non-intermittent and be able to be diagnosed. The service department at Doug’s is excellent with great people. More
