He got me through the buying process by explaining every detail to me. Things went quicker and smoother than I thought. I was able to drive my new vehicle home in one day! WOW! He made himself available should I have any follow-up questions even after purchase. I did not detect any high pressure sales representatives while I was there. Met the manager, Paul and the finance director who were just as pleasant. It was a pleasure dealing with this car company because of Carlos and the comfortable atmosphere. First impressions mean a lot and I would highly recommend this dealership to everyone! Make sure you ask for Carlos! He is GREAT!! More

Worse service ever Dont trust them they sold me a car thatbwas totally damaged underneath. Now the transmission is out also. Inam so frustrated. They never return calls after selling cars. My purchase was also facilitated by Fred Stephan, a sale consultant who not only knows the CX-5 inside and out but has his eye on customer satisfaction. Fred saw to it that my paperwork and new car prep went as efficiently as possible. Fred is one of those rare gentlemen whose relaxed style was inseparable from noteworthy diligence that I greatly appreciated. I am frustrated, just had service 11/27 and now AGAIN? I bought this "pre-owned" 2014 Mazda on 11/15/2015, I have the receipt "Vehicle Buyers Order" right here. It had 12551 on the odometer reading right h I bought this "pre-owned" 2014 Mazda on 11/15/2015, I have the receipt "Vehicle Buyers Order" right here. It had 12551 on the odometer reading right here on my paper work. Sales person was Joseph B Mudarri on the receipt 050765, dated 11/15/2015. I have had to bring in my Mazda this many times since then: 12/18/2015 (a MONTH after I bought the car???) 1/8/2016 4/12/2018 (paid 123.73) 10/26/2019 (paid $99.44) 11/27/2019 My battery had to be replaced in my fob and I still have had sometimes a Security Indicator Light problem driving my car. Yesterday coming home from the store, no, but day before, YES! Is there something WRONG with this car? Now I have to come in at 9am and let you work on the car AGAIN? I feel like I accidentally bought a BAD used car. I am bringing ALL my paperwork with me tomorrow at 9am to have my car in service because there is LOTS of information about my Mazda 3 from the beginning when I bought it. You'll SEE what I PAID for when I bought it ($10,000) and you gave the account to BECU, which means Boeing Employees Credit Union. I have been paying payments back to them EVERY MONTH for $318.55 and I think I have 16 more payments until done. I am calling them tomorrow. I want this OVER once you FIX my car ONCE and for all! Why do I have the Mazda SSP letter to extend the warranty coverage for the Mazda Connect Touch Screen Concern and my car qualifies. Then this Reimbursement Plan paper work! And a "General Release" form...... I want an EXPLANATION please and why, given I'm having enough problems with my car. My mother is in the Edmonds Hospital and I need to help her out once she's dismissed very soon. This WHOLE thing with my car means is with YOU until you fix it and I have to drive with a replacement car? OK I'm crying. My big brother is here to help me with Mom and it's all I can do to prevent him from coming to your office. I'll see Ken tomorrow and I DO have all the paperwork and I DO want to talk it through, and also the 2014 mazda 3 book is all withered and if you have another one, I NEED it. New Mazda 3 bought--and not a painful experience! I had emailed Kat Kingsley, their internet person, on and off for a month. Also did the Truecar and Costco buyer services. Kat gave me numbers lower than the other dealers on Truecar and Costco (and some dealers did not have the trim level I wanted). I came in for a test drive, Fred took me in the cars. The cars I drove did not have any upcharged racing stripes, etc. We had a friendly chat while driving. I had my own financing and I wasn't trading in a car, so there was only one negotiation (not a series of multilevel negotiations). Final deal matched the offer the internet salesperson had given me in writing (offer did not include taxes, title, etc). I had an issue with my credit (it's not bad, but it was frozen thanks to an Equifax data breach), and they were understanding and we cleared it up. Car buying can be a stressful/draining experience. As my title suggested, it was perfectly fine. Assuming this car is a good one, I would look to them again if I am in the market for another Mazda. More

I told my car to get alignment and they told me abt the damages inderneath. I bought the car like this and not even once no one thold me abt this. I am stil working to get warranty paid but wil see. There is no communication from this dealer. I am in California and took it to zmataga dealer in stockton ca. Dougs telling me to drive there just imagine is is very unsafe for me to drivem they should be concern abt my safety. Lets see what happens now and hope they wil work with me. I am getting lots of run arounds rught now More
