Friendly, professional, without a lot of pressure I was very happy with my experience at Doug's Mazda. I did not feel pressured, and I felt as though they paid attention to what I wanted. I appreciated my interactions with Ryan, the sales manager, and Jon, the finanace guy (?). also. I got a great deal on my new car, and a great deal on my trade-in, so I'm a satisfied customer. The process was straightforward with no glitches or running to "the boss in the back" to deal with, like the game that is played with time-share people. Trade-in price was more than fare, the finance department guy was a no pressure seller of add-ons who explained them but didn't push them like they were important to the sale, and we drove off smiling after a short tutorial on how to drive off in a new car with all its bells and whistles. More

Me and at least 50 people are mad at this dealership for running the biggest marketing fail I have ever seen. Then talked to the manager and they were nothing rude, arrogant and condescending. Do not take your business here, go somewhere else. There are good dealerships out there, this is definitely not one of them. If you want to see more real reviews check out there Facebook page. We visited them several times and test drove the same two cars at least three times! Our 4 year old already new what channel he wanted to watch in the entertainment area... at the end it all came down to a Mazda 3, with manual transmission that had to be brought from Portland. Alberto was very honest with the delivery time for the color we wanted so we decided to chose a different one. Alberto kept us updated at all times on the arrival date. When we finally went to pick it up he even watched our kid when we were doing all the paperwork! Would definitely buy from them again. More
