No pressure at all to get things done I didn't want to do. Just honest, open discussion. I didn't feel talked down to at any point, which is important to me. My car was fixed when they said it would be for the price quoted. No surprises. The kicker for me was that they hooked me up with a loaner car, so I didn't have to worry about being without my car for as long as it took to fix it. I still have more things on that list to do. I will definitely be bringing it back to Doug's to have them fix the rest of the items. More
