Everyone is so nice to you at Doug's Lynnwood Mazda!! I felt so bad when I had made an appointment for my car to be checked out because the "check engine" light had gone on. I had not been driving my car I felt so bad when I had made an appointment for my car to be checked out because the "check engine" light had gone on. I had not been driving my car very much because of the very cold weather. I had run the car about a week before, but I had not taken it out and driven it. So when I went to start my car to drive to the dealership, it wouldn't start. I called the dealership and told them of the problem, and they told me if my husband was able to get the car going after charging the battery, I could go ahead and bring it in. I was able to bring it in and was told that they would try to work it in. They kept it overnight and worked on the car the next day. They suggested that a buy a "Battery Tender" which you attach to your battery and plugs into an electrical outlet. I followed their advice and bought a Battery Tender, and now I don't have to worry that if I'm not driving the car enough, I won't have to worry about the battery running down. Everyone was very friendly and courteous. Have been using their dealership now for 10 years, and I have never had a bad experience. Excellent service!!! More
