Great Service after a long wait Recall notices have come for almost 2 years but the part was not available. I again called to see if I could get it done and lo, I was booked for an a Recall notices have come for almost 2 years but the part was not available. I again called to see if I could get it done and lo, I was booked for an appointment. I assumed I would be waiting for the repair but was told it'd be hours before my Jeep would be ready. Jeremiah offered a ride home and said someone would come pick me up when it was ready. Within 5 minutes I was on my way. I had a pleasant chat both ways, both drivers were excellent, and when I got back to the dealership, Jeremiah had me in and out in a flash. Great service! Thank you. More

My Blue tooth and stereo were not working The Blue tooth and stereo stopped working. I called on Friday and talked to Jermiah Bruner and explained what was happening and that Saturday was the The Blue tooth and stereo stopped working. He said they were pretty busy but if I dropped it off they would squeeze me in. Before I hung up I noticed I also needed an oil change. I told him and he said no problem. I dropped it off at 7:30 am and by 12:00 I was called to pick it up with everything done. Nice. Thank you! I also got a tire rotation for $19.00 sweet! More
