I had a problem with my front bumper fading out and they were able to communicate with Chrysler to get me a replacement for only a small deductible charge. I normally hate dealerships! My wife and I were on I-75 traveling south at 75 miles per hour when the water pump on our 2014 ram 3500 sheared off. This dropped the serpentine belt My wife and I were on I-75 traveling south at 75 miles per hour when the water pump on our 2014 ram 3500 sheared off. This dropped the serpentine belt, and instantly eliminated our brakes and power steering. We managed to make it into a gas station to survey the damage. At this point, I'm thinking oh no, It's Saturday at 2 in the afternoon. To this date I have never had a positive experience at dealership; over charged, bad work, broken parts, etc. My wife started calling local dealerships. The first two did not even know their own locations in relation to where we where broken down. Additionally, they informed us, that perhaps they could get the truck fixed by mon or tues. Our last shot was Douglas Jeep Chrysler Dodge Ram. The service writer we spoke to said; no promises, but that he would try to get us fixed. We decided to tow the truck to Douglas. We didn't arrive until 3;15 in the rain. With no power steering and an 8000lb truck, they could not even get the vehicle into the bay. The tech said; no problem and went at it in the rain outside. To my utter amazement, they got the pump replaced, fluid refilled, codes cleared and everything checked by 5;00pm. All under warranty. This was by far my best experience, at any service facility, ever! Douglas Ram saved my weekend. They turned a possible 4 day nightmare into a mere 2 hour inconvenience. If I were int market for a new car and they were not the best price, I would still buy it from them because of this service. They were awesome, don't hesitate to use this dealership. More

The Service is FAR MORE IMPORTANT then the price! My Jeep recently celebrated its 80,000 mile anniversary, which of course, comes with some substantial service costs. Service Department employees were EXTREMELY HELPFUL and took the time to explain all the work that needed to be done and why. This is my seventh Jeep, and Douglas is right at the top of my list of dealers who I trust and and recommend to friends, co-workers, and others. I felt that they were trying very hard to make this as affordable a visit as possible and that they were "on my side," which is a rare feeling in today's world. EVERYONE connected with my service visit went "above and beyond" and I can't say enough good things about their efforts. More

I also had a minor warranty claim for inoperative washer fluid , the part was not in stock and I will have to return. i am also in management in the dealership business and what i do is in certain circumstances, when its a minor part to get that customer on the road, especially when they live outside our D.A.T i take the part off an in stock vehicle to get the customer rolling then just replace it on the in stock vehicle that might not have been PDI'd or placed on the lot yet or a recall vehicle that is awaiting parts. it just gives our parts department and service higher reviews and better rep when they always feel our parts are in stock . Some dealerships wont do the rob peter to pay paul theory but it has worked for us. Just a tip to Make Douglas Jeep even greater. i send everyone there . Paul is the bomb !! More
