Dan Myers was a pleasure to work with from the first moment when I visited the dealership solo, without my husband. He was affable, friendly, and listened intently to the information I was giving him a moment when I visited the dealership solo, without my husband. When I returned with my husband, we test drove a "top of the line" Jeep Grand Cherokee, and he was knowledgeable about the car, giving us details as we drove. When the price for our trade in and the bottom line did not match our needs, he remained courteous as he heard our expectations. We left the dealership without that car, but with the baseline established. Dan called a few days later with another vehicle for us to test drive. That call proved that he had really "heard" what we wanted, matched us up, and zeroed in. Since I bought my 2012 Jeep Wrangler I knew I was going to lift it and put bigger tires on it. Who wouldn't??? After a long enough delay I decided to make the move. I called around to a few people and then decided to try the dealer I bought the Jeep from originally. From the phone call I was sold on letting the dealer do the work. I first worked with Steve to get the parts ordered. He ordered exactly what I wanted and was able to negotiate a good price for the lift kit, wheels, and tires. Once the parts came in they were installed within a day. Tim greeted me in the morning and knew exactly what needed to be done. I even got to meet the guys who performed the work. Overall it was a great experience and I would recommend taking a Jeep to them for work such as I had done. It may be taboo to perform after market/upgrade work on a car using the dealership but these guys elminated that taboo for me. More
