All around experince Went in to have a Sebring looked at for service and ended up checking out the Jeep inventory. Looked a new ones first no one came out so we went over to used and Mike Moore greeted us. Told him we were looking at Jeeps which he gave us info on the used ones then we asked if he did new sales also which he said yes. We then looked at every avaiable Jeep on the lot. He spent an entire full afternoon and evening with us and not once acted like he didn't want to spend all this time with us. That act of service was very appreciated and his knowledge was what we were needing in knowing about he vehicle. You have a very enthusiastic employee!!! Would definitely buy another vehicle from him. I would like to also let you know that Tim Racco was very nice in helping with our Sebring and the mechanic he brought out was very helpful. I thnk his name was Josh?? I know he has a 1996 or so Sebring. This kid even acknowledged us at 7ish when he was leaving because he saw our car still there. More

Each time Tim Racco has has taken my calls to set up appointments, some routine, some not. Every time I left with the feeling that they had done a great job with my Jeep. This week I had a problem with an indicator light. I could not be without my vehicle due to a fully committed schedule. Tim listened to my problem and really worked with me to get my Jeep repaired in a timely and efficient manner so that my schedule could continue without disruption. He was a life-saver!
