After telling a previous dealership exactly what I was looking for and not being heard at all, I left and came to Douglas. After having a horrible experience at another dealership we were exhausted after looking for another vehicle. When we arrived at Douglas Jeep we were greeted by their sales associate Paul. He could tell we were over the car buying situation and he was not pushy at all. We had tested every truck by this point except the Ram and they had a couple on the lot I wanted to test out. Paul could sense my husband's apprehension because he didn't want to test it and ebbed told him if he didn't think he'd feel comfortable getting it, then we could just wait for another truck to come in that might suit our needs better. Well, my husband ended up testing it and loved out. We already had a pre-approval letter so financing was very fast and easy. We were in and out within 1.5 hours and are very satisfied with our purchase. It has been a week now since we bought the truck and they have followed up with us about our experience and to see how we're doing in our new vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. More
