Was given a price last week and put down payment...asked what interest rate was, told about 3%.....told them we wanted 5 year loan. My husband picks up the jeep, comes home and shows me the paperwork.....o what interest rate was, told about 3%.....told them we wanted 5 year loan. My husband picks up the jeep, comes home and shows me the paperwork.....over 1k added to the price, 6 year loan, interest rate of 4.96%....called and spoke with the person who gave the original figures...he was supposed to email me the paper that was signed first day showing lower price...he hasn’t....spoke with finance area, they were going to call me back the next day..,but also advised interest rate of 3% is when you don’t take incentives....clearly, the original price and estimate of interest rate was off...the website shows Florida resident price which was in line with what they originally told us....didn’t mention anything about incentives...also mentioned we signed up for $500 coupon and was told they are including it....how did the price increase? love my Jeep but disgusted with this dealership.....next jeep will be purchased elsewhere More

We have been trying to cancel our Mopar Vehicle Protection since April 1, 2021 because we traded our car in. We have had the run around.
