We have bought two vehicles from Douglas Jeep in the past year and it was the best experience that we have ever had at any dealership. The sales consultant was Maricela Santos she was fantastic from the firs year and it was the best experience that we have ever had at any dealership. The sales consultant was Maricela Santos she was fantastic from the first time we talked to her on the phone before we purchased the first vehicle until after we purchased the second vehicle. Maricela was every knowledgeable about both of the vehicles we purchased, she did not pressure us into to buying. Maricela treated us like she was working for us instead of the dealership, we told her what we wanted and she delivered. Maricela is a super star, we have purchased a lot of vehicles in the pass and this was the best experience we ever had at any dealership.
