My family lives in Florida so I asked them to check around for the exact Jeep I was looking for - they found it sitting on the Douglas Jeep lot in Venice, FL. Ken Wells, a sales representative, was my first introduction to the Douglas Jeep dealership. Ken was so impressive not only because he was passionate about the new Jeep Grand Cherokee, but because he knew EVERYTHING there was to know about the vehicle. He was able to answer all of my questions and gladly answered frequent phone calls from me. I made the trip down to Venice and was initially disappointed becuase I did not qualify for some of the discounts that were listed on their website.
