Our salesman Justin was wonderful. He listened to what we wanted and made it happen. I have to say John Grupe is a wonderful service Director He definitely changed my mind to the full positive for the service department. John was a pleasure to work with by helping diagnose a squeak noise that was concerning me with my challenger scat pack. Also need to mention Melody in sales, she showed me some used cars that I was interested in looking at and she had another appointment set up, but she introduced me to Scott in used car sales and he took over with showing me the car I was interested in looking at and test driving. I have to give them a Full 5 star review for how well they handled my service issue and inquiry for another used vehicle purchase. They are Keeping an eye out for what I am looking for in that used vehicle arena. I will be using them for my service needs for sure and will recomened them to anyone. thank you all for your help today. More

I would like to start off by saying that my dad had went into this dealership roughly at the end of march. He was just walking around looking around. He was approached by a salesman named Chris. The salesman wasn’t pushy and ask my dad if he would like to take a ride in one of the cars he did and he liked it. He called me and told me all about it and told me to start looking for this car with the best deal out there because my father wasn’t going to do anything without my approval, so Chris gave us a very good number on a car but at the time they didn’t have anything that really caught her eye as far as color wise. Also, we weren’t in a hurry so about a week later, I tried to contact Chris to see if anything new came in and he told me he no longer worked at the dealer. So a few weeks went by and we were contacted by Annie. She was very nice and sweet and ask when my dad can come by again he went by again and looked around and she told me that she would honor the same deal that Chris had said before he left. But the holdup was still about the colors that they didn’t have desirable ones and cars with desirable options for us. She showed him a few new units that came in. She was also texting me pictures at the same time she was showing him the cars like if I was there, which was greatly appreciated. She was very thorough with the numbers going over them again. My dad last because I really wanted a car that had the plus package, and they had none in stock because of the safety features. Then on a Sunday my dad went by because he was in the area. They were closed and saw a car that wasn’t really the right color but had all the options that he wanted so we decided after looking at that car that it would work. I had called Annie and told her when I could be in and she said OK before the end of the month which I understand I used to be in the car business. I told her I could be in on Saturday April 29 and I was going to come to buy a car, whether it was there or somewhere else. I was also told the same discounts was going to be applied to the new vehicle that just came in and I would just have to pay obviously the difference which I understood. I came in on Saturday which obviously they were very busy which is understandable, Annie was unavailable and I worked with Austin who was also great. We went and sat down and wanted to see what the numbers were on the new car because obviously there was a difference because it cost more money. I had already had done the math and knew what it supposed to look like but I wanted to see it on their paperwork. So Austin came back with the paperwork and they were trying to short me on my trade. Mind you before I went back. I asked if all the numbers were going to stay the same and I was told yes. So I told Austin I said this is not what I discussed with Annie so he went back to the desk where the managers were and came back and said well my manager feels the fact that you’re wasting his time coming back-and-forth to our dealership basically insinuating that were playing games. So I showed him a number from another dealership and said look I don’t have to play games nor do I have to buy here so I showed Austin the number that I had from the other dealership and I said I was just gonna check them out then, after that, the manager who was extremely dry and rude, came to the table His name was Monty Jacobs. He has got to be one of the worst managers I have ever dealt with very dismissive and cold rude whatever you wanna call it. I have plenty of cars. Sometimes I change them out as soon as three months when does the new or used. I have dealt with a lot of owners, GM’s, controllers, etc. I am in the car business myself and on a dealership and I would never treat a customer so poorly due to the fact of referrals and having a return customer. So I know how to play the game that he wanted to play so I got up and left. Austin was very nice followed us outside apologized. This place has a great sales team More
