I had great experience at this dealership. My car salesman Pete was professional, but fun to work with and showed me a wide range of choices withing my price range and kept it withing my limits. I felt welcome and he wanted to find just the right car for me. And he did!!! He showed me beautiful Hyindai Sonata that i test drove and fell in love with. Overall pleasant experience. I will definately come back next time. Also Tim Young worked on final paperwork and found the best financing and warranty suitable for me. Craig Nereim was our sales representative and he made the overall process of selecting and buying a new Dodge very easy and virtually stress free. He was concerned about our needs and listened carefully to what we wanted in our new vehicle. We had some specific wants so he searched the national registry to find a vehicle to match them. When it became obvious that there were no vehicles that would be a perfect fit for us, he suggested ordering a vehicle from the factory. He guided us through the entire process and explained just what we should expect every step of the way. His guidance paid off and our new vehicle is just what we need. Additionally, Craig knows his product line extremely well and made numerous suggestions during the selection process. At delivery, he spent as much time as WE needed to help us become comfortable with our new SUV and to answer any questions we had. Also, he helped with some issues the following day and made time to help. Rest assured, I will deal with Craig again if ever I need to purchase a new Dodge. He appears to me to be a very easy going, low pressure individual which translates to the customer that they can relax and accomplish what they came in to do, find a new vehicle. Thank you Craig. This is the 4th vehicle I purchased at Douglas Jeep. The last time I bought a new car was 2004, from Craig, and I requested him for my purchase of a 2014 Dodge Challenger. Again he didnt dissappoint and led me through a pleasurable experience. His experience and knowledge of the products he sells really showed. I was treated with respect through all.aspects of the transaction. Craig himself spent much time assuring I got a great deal, spent about an hour with me going over the functions of my new car as well as introducinfmg me to the parts guys, maintenace crew and others I may interact with in the future. It was a great experience and I left there feeling like I made a friend or two. Who knew it would be fun. Thanks Craig , a job well done. More

Todd was excellent in his handling of the sale of my new Ram 1500, I would give him a 5 rating but overall not a five rating for the dealership. I asked Todd about what appeared to me the customer a double Ram 1500, I would give him a 5 rating but overall not a five rating for the dealership. I asked Todd about what appeared to me the customer a double charge for the trailer hitch. On the widow sticker it showed the trailer hitch was part of the standard equipment, on the options it was first deleted from the pricing, but then again added to the pricing. Todd talked to the manager and he told me that when the dodge was ordered from the manufacturer it did not come with a trailer hitch and that one had to be put on by the dealer at an additional cost to the customer. In my opinion this is very misleading for the customer and gives the perception of trying to get more money from the customer. Still not sure if I buy off on the explanation but I'll get the trailer hitch installed at dealer cost, $160. Another misperception was that in the mail we received a flier in the mail that if a new vehicle was purchased a $500 gift card would have been provided, again another explanation that we needed to request the gift card when we were doing the paperwork. At that time it would have been added to the reduction of the price of the vehicle, again not what was advertised. Todd was very good about raising our questions to the sales manager but it seemed like anything we would raise the answer was always going to come back with a reason in favor of the dealership. Again this in not a negative reflection on Todd, the dealership should review it's window stickers, mail advertisements and alert the customers to any issues at the start of the negotiations and not wait until the customer raises them. We were at the dealership for two days and not once were we afforded the opportunity to meet the sales manager, it would have been nice to say HI. Todd was great and we are very happy with our purchase. More
