We went on the Consumer Report website and reviewed the Dodge Grand Caravan. We later received a call from Eric, who gave us info about the Dodge Grand Caravan. After my husband and I discussed the information, and the need to update our van, a few days later we drove to Douglas Jeep and met Eric. Eric was very business like, friendly and informative. We discussed what model we might be interested in. Eric brought us out in the parking lot and showed us the Grand Caravan and explained all the features. The van was in our price range, and we decided to purchase it. The paperwork was started and he readily explained each and every piece of paper we signed. After, Zach Jones, the Financial Manager, introduced himself and had us sign more paperwork and thoroughly explained the reason for each. We had not purchased a new vehicle, in the state of Florida, in over 20 years. This was a very nice and friendly, not pushy, experience for both my husband and I. My salesman was great. I explained to him what I needed and he brought me around the dealership showing me different types of models to choose from. He spent a good amount of time going over the options wi and he brought me around the dealership showing me different types of models to choose from. He spent a good amount of time going over the options with me on the different vehicles. Which made me more comfortable with settling on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, and I'm very happy that is the one I picked. Then when we went inside I felt no pressure to buy just any Grand Cherokee. The salesman took the time and found just the right one that fit my budget with all the options I wanted, I was impressed.
