Always, we have been treated very well by all staff @ this dealership. So, it only made sense to go to Douglas to look for a new vehicle. Pete McIvers was our salesman and we found Pete to be extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and very personable. We did have a couple of issues with the vehicle and returned to Douglas on Monday, June, 23, 2014. At this point, Don Glen came into the picture. Another very personable and accommodating gentleman. Our issues with the car were: defective upholstery in the front seats. Not sure if there could be a problem with the back seats, as no one has sat in them yet. Some minor paint issues eg. passenger side view mirror paint was peeling and couple of small paint bubbles on the hood of the car. Don followed up w/us the following day to let us know that all parts had been ordered and he will be in touch w/us as soon as he receives these items. More
